There are not many.
These terms cover fusionpig.com and any text messages you ask us to send.
Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we sign together, not this page.

Using the site
- By using fusionpig.com you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
- You may read, link to, and quote from the site for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it at volume, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send spam.
- What you send through the contact form must be yours to send and must be about work you actually want done.
- We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.
Text messages
We only send text messages to people who asked for them. If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive texts, here is what that means.
- What we send. Replies to your enquiry, scheduling and project updates, and account or service notices. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to them.
- How often. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will send one confirmation and then nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@fusionpig.com or call 740-238-7466.
- Your number. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We pass your number only to the carriers and the messaging provider that deliver the text, because that is what sending one requires. The privacy policy says the same thing and lists every processor.
- Delivery. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your number, tell us so we can remove it.
Our content
The words, code, and images on this site belong to FusionPig LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. The FusionPig name and logo are our marks. Do not use them to suggest we endorse something we have not.
Links to other sites
We link to other companies when it is useful. We do not control them and their terms apply there, not ours.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always up. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice for your situation.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, FusionPig LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes about the site are heard in the state or federal courts in Hamilton County, Ohio. [Counsel to confirm venue and whether an arbitration clause is wanted.]
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the change is described here. We do not change them quietly.
