FusionPig

The Pen.
Managed hosting run by people who have been paged.

WordPress and WooCommerce, with monitoring a person answers, hourly offsite backups, staging, tested updates, a Cloudflare edge, and a rollback that takes minutes.

All quiet in the Pen. All systems go - just us pigs.

What every site in the Pen gets

"It's a Unix system. I know this."

So do we. Every site in the Pen has a person on call who has seen your failure mode before.

99.92%

Uptime across the Pen over the trailing 90 days. The bracket is a placeholder until the measured number is published here. When it moves, we explain why, in writing.

Included in every plan
IncludedWhat it means for you
MonitoringUptime, performance, and error alerts around the clock, answered by a person, not a queue.
BackupsHourly, stored offsite, restore tested monthly. Your data is never only in one place.
StagingA copy of your site for every change. Nothing goes to production untested.
UpdatesCore, theme, and plugin updates applied on staging first, then promoted. No surprise 502s on a Tuesday.
EdgeCloudflare in front of every site: caching, firewall, bot filtering, and DDoS protection.
RollbackAny deploy or update can be reversed in minutes. Be kind, rewind.
ReportsA monthly note with the numbers: uptime, response time, updates applied, incidents, and what we changed.
Not WordPress?Magento, custom apps, and services run in your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud accounts, with the same monitoring and the same person on call.

Plans, sized by the site, priced flat

Four sizes and one exception.
Prices includes managed services and security monitoring.

Pen Small

$35/mo

One WordPress site, modest traffic, a business that needs it up more than it needs it fast.

Pen Medium

$65/mo

A busier site or a small WooCommerce store. More headroom, same person on call.

Pen Large

$200/mo

High-traffic sites and multisite networks. Tuned caching and a dedicated runbook.

Pen Commerce

$399/mo

WooCommerce stores where checkout is the business. Payment monitoring and order-flow alerts.

Your cloud: Magento, custom apps, and services in your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Priced by what is running, with the same monitoring and the same person on call.

Moving in takes a week, not a quarter

  1. Copy

We copy the site to staging in the Pen and run it against the same traffic patterns.

  2. Check

You get a preview link. Click through the checkout, the forms, the admin. We fix what is different.

  3. Cut over

DNS moves in a window you pick. The old host stays live until the new one has served real traffic for a day.

  4. Watch

Monitoring is on from the first request. The first monthly report arrives 30 days later.

Questions about the Pen

What is included in every Pen plan?

Monitoring answered by a person, hourly offsite backups with a monthly restore test, a staging copy of the site, core, theme, and plugin updates applied on staging first, a Cloudflare edge for caching and firewalling, and a rollback that takes minutes. Plans are sized small, medium, large, and commerce, priced flat per month.

Can you host something that is not WordPress?

Yes. Magento, custom applications, and services run in your own AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud account, with the same monitoring and the same person on call. You keep ownership of the account; we run what is inside it.

How does a migration into the Pen work?

We copy the site to staging in the Pen, test it, point a preview at it for you to check, then move DNS during a window you choose. The old host stays live until the new one has served real traffic for a day. Downtime for a typical WordPress site is zero to a few minutes.

What happens when a site goes down at 3 a.m.?

Monitoring pages a person. That person has a runbook for your site, access to hourly backups, and the ability to roll back the last change in minutes. You get a plain-language note about what happened and what we changed, not a status page that says 'investigating' for four hours.
