What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you send the contact form
Your name, work email, company or agency if you give it, what you are after, and what you wrote. We also receive the page you sent it from and the time. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, pressed Send; Cloudflare's processing of that check is described in its own privacy policy.
When you visit, with analytics consent
If you accept analytics cookies, our own server records page views and clicks with an anonymous id stored in a first-party cookie. We do not load third-party analytics scripts in your browser. Your IP address is used to look up an approximate region and is then hashed, not stored in the clear, before any record leaves our server.
When you visit, with marketing consent
If you also accept marketing cookies, we may tell an advertising platform (for example Meta) from our server that a form was submitted, so that people who already contacted us stop seeing our ads. That report can include your IP address and browser identifier, which those platforms require for matching. It never includes what you wrote in the form.
Without consent
One essential cookie that remembers your cookie choice. Server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and debugging, which include IP addresses and are retained for a short period per their policy. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you. That is the only reason we keep what you send in the form.
- To count visits and see which pages people read, so we can fix the ones they do not.
- To stop advertising to people who have already hired us, if you allowed that.
- To keep the site up and detect abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone not listed above, except when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: as long as the conversation is live, then in our CRM as a contact record until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics records: [retention period, for example 14 months] on the analytics platform; the anonymous id cookie lasts 12 months.
- Consent choice: six months, then we ask again.
Your choices
- Change or withdraw cookie consent any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@fusionpig.com. We answer within 30 days.
- If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (the EU, the UK, California, and others), those rights apply and we honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the change is described here. We do not change it quietly.
